underwhelming stay
old carpet noisy air conditioning
the location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby areas.
the room i stayed in, was not well kept. the carpet seemed old and had several noticeable stains, i did not like it. the staff attitude at reception was cold. they never greeted me when i entered or left the building. the air conditioning unit was also noisy.

a heartfelt stay!
spacious room attentive staff convenient location
The twin room mobility access or non-smoking f&b was quite spacious! the staff were very attentive. Sayeda especially ensured i had everything i needed. the hotel's central location meant many shops and two shopping centers were easily accessible. This made shopping for gifts easy!
The hotel, unfortunately, had a slightly musty smell in some areas. It was noticeable primarily in the hallways

a few issues
noisy air conditioning unpleasant odor
the location was accessible to the train station and restaurants.
the air conditioning unit was VERY noisy. the bed was not comfortable, and this made resting difficult. the hotel corridors had a strong, unpleasant odor from a large carpet.

helpful staff perfect location fantastic hospitality breakfast buffet
The staff was helpful. imtiaz and midlaj stood out. the location is perfect for getting around. syeda's hospitality was fantastic. It. the breakfast buffet included many international and local options.
The pillows were rather firm. All four felt hard to sleep on. it was a small issue.

The pool area had plenty of seating. I counted about 20 loungers. i also noted a shaded section offering respite from the sun. it created a relaxing environment.

The queen room non-smoking f&b, had good air conditioning, essential. The dubai heat can be intense! a minibar and safe were present in my room. the bathroom was clean. the shower had good water pressure. It was lovely.
